desserts in HK


With every meal come desserts. The top is a traditional brown sugar steamed cake, one of my favourite, and not many places have them anymore. The steamed cake is not so sweet, is steamy warm and very soft and spongy. Then there are the puddings. Left are baked egg puddings with taro paste filling; warm, soft and sweet with a crusty top. Yummmm. Right is the mango pudding, one of my family favourite.
