no more tuna for sushi / sashimi

The Atlantic Bluefin tuna is going extinct and in recent meeting of Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) showed that a few nations had put commerce ahead of science and conservation. The populations of the tuna have dropped 97 percent since 1960, but the tasty fish remains in high demand in Japan, where sushi bars are willing to pay up to $100,000 or more per fish. A possible CITES ban on bluefin tuna had been at works, but Japan had already announced that it would not comply with such a ban if it were enacted. Unfortunately, the ban failed, and fishing will continue. Human will be known to eat a species to extinction... hope not.

In this wacky game, you play as chef Cookie trying to get his restaurant back from his rival chef Ohdove. You fight through evil carrots and onions and sausages, evil chickens/turkeys, with a big spoon or fork or pan and finally meet boss chef Ohdove!

Ikea released a baking book titled Homemade is best. And Carl Kleiner was asked to shoot the recipes. They are just simple and clean.

Yummm... chocolate cheesecake... frozen ones. Quite perfect for extremely hot weather. I like to eat it when is super frozen; how i eat it ? first the bottom crust, then the cheese part. Well, i got this one from Trader Joe's, and they have a wonderful selection of frozen desserts and treats.

what is furoshiki?

Furoshiki is a type of traditional Japanese wrapping cloth. It can be used in multiple ways, for bundling or gift-wrapping all sorts of things – from lunch boxes or books, to pineapples and bottles of wine. It's that awesome! I want one to wrap a cat in.
