Thinly sliced Yellow Jack, each slice melt in your mouth.
A trio of sashimi, Toro (fatty tuna about 13$US per slice), salmon, and Akagai.
From top Tamago (egg), Aji and Uni.
Clockwise from top, miso Cod, clams and soft tofu hot pot, and then salmon and prawn roe, then we had yakitori squid, eel and ginkgo nuts.
On the left is makuro tuna in slimy white yam paste (gross texture but refreshing taste), then for dessert I had red bean and green tea ice-cream. My stomach looked like a cannon ball after the meal, but is all worth it!
