Bistros St. Tropez is quite a wonderful place for French cuisine. The restaurant has a great view of the city, and I enjoyed eating there the other night. We started with refreshing salmon ceviche, Dr, Castle had the fillet Mignon, and I had the pan seared duck breast with pomegranate sauce. It was a really good night, the food was delicious.
