what was cooking


Love the fresh garlic and herb pizza dough from Trader Joe's. Here I made tomatoes, mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes with arugula pizza. The other one had nectarine slices, with ham and cheese as toppings.
They were so goooood!


Here is something I myself will not attempt to make. My dear Dr. Castle showed me the way to make fluffy, flaky pie crust this week. Although we were a bit thin on cherries, this cherry pie came out pretty pretty tasty. Of course, we had to have some vanilla ice-cream along with the pie.
