Home's Iron Chef 2011 begins! First round Elizabeth vs. Kien. Secret ingredient: pomegranate. Kien made a wonderfully light noodle dish, slightly sweet with a pomegranate sauce. Unfortunately was just the wrong season to make a summer dish. Elizabeth made a complete tasty, hardy meal; pan seared salmon on top of fluffy bed of couscous complimented with refreshing beet salad, pomegranate cream and yogurt sauce.

wow,what a description. makes me want to eat it all over again. hey, nothing wrong with a little summer in the dead of winter :)
